Lotus Lantern Intl Buddhist Center wants to inform
about the 1st Winter retreat in Kanghwa Meditation Center.

When:

 It starts on the full-moon-day in the 10th lunar month, which equals the 22 of November 1999.


Who: 

Anybody who wishes to practice meditation is welcome. Monks and Nuns can stay free of charge. Lay-people should inquire for further information.


How: 

3:30    Rising
4:00    Meditation until 6:00
6:30    Breakfast
8:30    Meditation until 10:30
11:00   Lunch- offering
11:30   Lunch
13:00   Work-period
14:00   Meditation until 16:00
17:00   Dinner
18:30   Meditation until 21:30
22:00   Lights out
