Choas

We often run with the chaos of everyday life, but once in a while we enounter a moment in time where we stop to experience something greater then ourselves. Where we feel as if we are possessed by something more, something unexplainable, that brings us to tears. In these times we notice that the sun shining through the trees, causing shadows to dance around our feet, is a gift from the heavens. And the silent breeze that sneaks through our window, bringing with it the sweet scent of morning dew, is a messenger of peace that speaks to the depths of our spirit. These moments bring the realization that all that is divine exists not only in the heavens above, but in our own hearts. Maybe these moments exist because we stop thinking of ourselves, and stop living in our heads, and start living here and now in this one and eternal moment.

We can climbe the highest mountain and sail the most treacherous seas, and still find peace and fulfillment as distant as the starts to which we dream. Our lives still find peace and fulfillment as distant as the stars to which we dream. Our lives do not belong to us, they belong to life, even though our thoughts often say otherwise. God is not an idea so stop thinking about him, or praying to him. Thoughts are limited, and as the arrow of the most renowned archer fails transcend the highest levels of perfection by hitting the target of absolute truth, our self-centered thoughts to, will always fall short of comprehending the divine. Imperfection only exists in our expectations of ourselves and others. Those who are wise never point their finger, and look nowhere but within. Hence perfection is not attained but awoken to.
