Togmay Sangpo was a great Indian Buddhist Saint who stressed the importance of meditation. Tibetan Buddhism roots are from Ancient India/Nepal where Buddhism historically began. At Togmay Sangpo we encourage others to cultivate their own faith through the various practices of meditation; sitting, walking, group prayer, chanting, yoga and martial arts. Buddhist theory is also available for those who wish to cultivate a greater understanding of Buddhism.

We teach all ages. We are also available for seminars, group discussion and outside classes. Venerable Angmo is an American and ordained by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
