We are a lay Buddhist group whose members were trained by Dr. Phangcham of Wat Dhammaram Thai Buddhist Temple. We started our group in 1990, and we emphasize basic Buddhist meditation. All are welcome to sit with us.

 

"Beginner's Mind" Buddhist meditation is held from 9:15 to 10:15 on Sunday mornings at the Unity Temple Unitarian Church.
